San Francisco Hazardous-Materials Incident

Emergency crews responded September 5 to a muriatic-acid and chlorine incident near the Presidio Golf and Concordia Golf Course areas. At least one person was hospitalized and the public was told to avoid the area; the release extent, evacuation perimeter, sheltering guidance, and air-quality risk remain unclear.
