Roche and Genentech licensed Hanmi’s early-stage HM17321, a CRHR2-activating UCN2 analog designed to increase muscle while reducing fat, with Roche investing $750 million in manufacturing. Preclinical combination data with incretins are promising, but clinical efficacy and safety remain unproven.
