Kyrie Irving draws speculative interest from Miami and Detroit

Miami has been described as monitoring Dallas guard Kyrie Irving, but no offer or active negotiation is reported; coverage says the Heat are not pressing for a move and may lack the draft assets Dallas would expect. Chris Mannix reportedly said Detroit could be interested, adding a possible tension between Dallas’s early-season success and its longer-term direction. Neither report establishes talks or a trade.
