Lakers’ Knecht trade discussions remain uncompleted

Reports describe unsuccessful Lakers discussions involving Dalton Knecht with Milwaukee, the Jazz, and others. New coverage says Milwaukee sought multiple second-round picks or a first-round pick swap in exploratory Knecht–Jericho Sims talks; one account says Milwaukee asked for two seconds while the Lakers offered one. No deal or renewed talks are reported, and Knecht’s later Knicks two-way signing was separate.
