Tesla announced a $10.1B vertically integrated solar cell factory in Texas (Project Crystal Sun, 3,050 acres). SpaceX purchased $329M in Megapacks H1 2026, driving AI demand; Megapod concept and 20 GW target by 2027. Powerwall 3P launched in Netherlands after Germany debut (13.5 kWh, 15.4 kW continuous, scalable to 94.5 kWh). Energy business continues to scale aggressively beyond Megapacks, with record Q2 13.5 GWh and Megapack 3 production started at Brookshire.
