South Korea’s Hangang supercomputer adds a major public-sector NVIDIA deployment

South Korea unveiled Hangang, powered by 8,496 NVIDIA GH200s with a planned 614.7-petaflop theoretical peak and research, national-strategy, and industrial allocations. Pilot services are beginning, but full utilization remains ahead; proposed public spending is not evidence of further deployed NVIDIA capacity.
