Fully open releases raise the reproducibility bar

Abu Dhabi's AI institute reportedly released IFM K2 Horizon with weights, training data, code, methods, and intermediate checkpoints, including models ranging from constrained-device deployments to a 375B system. The release could materially advance practical openness, but licensing, provenance, hardware demands, evaluations, and independent reproduction are not yet established.
