Agent Development Frameworks: NVIDIA NOOA and Metacognitive Reasoning

NVIDIA released NOOA, an object-oriented agent framework that collapses prompts, tools, and state into a single Python class, achieving strong benchmarks (82.2% SWE-bench) at half the tokens. Separately, MAR introduces metacognitive reasoning for multimodal agents, improving generalization. These represent advances in agent reliability and software engineering.
