Broome County and nearby district elections approach

Seven Broome County Legislature seats are contested, including District 12, which includes part of Johnson City; early voting begins October 24 and Election Day is November 3. The 51st State Senate District, which includes Cortland County, features Republican Chris Tague and Democrat Michele Frazier, a former SUNY Delhi teacher; local candidate-position comparisons remain useful follow-up.
