Sri Lanka completes a monumental ODI chase to beat England

Sri Lanka chased 430 to defeat England by two wickets in a dramatic ODI after Brook’s unbeaten 202. Rathnayake’s 130 and Shanaka’s 97 off 50 powered the chase; another report says Liyanage sealed the win with a six. A former India captain praised the rarity of the feat and compared it with South Africa’s 2006 chase; publication date and some details remain unverified.
