Duke Scott ruled out against Wake Forest

Scott is confirmed out after his lower-body/foot injury against Louisville; NC State has not disclosed a diagnosis or longer-term timetable. Gause's 62 snaps and productive response make him the leading candidate for an expanded workload, while broader offensive-line absences further challenge the Wolfpack's depth.
