FDOT advances 21-mile I-75 project in Lee and Collier

FDOT’s 21-mile I-75 corridor project includes express and auxiliary lanes and an Immokalee Road diverging-diamond interchange. Public hearings are scheduled Oct. 27–28 and comments are due Nov. 10; noise-wall information is not yet available. Construction is proposed to begin in late fall 2026 and run through 2030, with toll operations and detailed closure plans still to verify.
