Cape Coral North 3 utility expansion, assessments, and lawsuit

Cape Coral is advancing the roughly $384.1 million North 3 Utility Expansion Project affecting about 5,180 parcels, with an Oct. 19 information meeting and Nov. 2 final hearing approaching and construction potentially beginning in December 2026.
