Cape Coral Bimini East mixed-use redevelopment

Bimini East’s final Cape Coral hearing was scheduled for Oct. 21 following the Oct. 7 hearing. The proposal could include up to roughly 900 residences, hotel, medical and commercial uses, marina improvements, parks, and public amenities, with reported incentives including up to $45.75 million in tax rebates; the hearing outcome and approval terms need confirmation.
