Lehkonen Extension Talks Reportedly Not Close

Chris Johnston reports talks are not close. Lehkonen has 10 goals, including six in five games; a new breakdown credits his high-danger scoring, noting seven goals from high-danger areas and a team-leading 15 high-danger shots. His potential price must be weighed against Makar’s coming cap hit; no agreement or concrete roster move has been reported.
