Cyclic Materials expands U.S. rare-earth recycling network with $75M raise

Cyclic Materials raised $75M, taking total equity funding to $237M, to develop a South Carolina commercial campus and Arizona recycling spoke supported by an ERI feedstock partnership. Arizona operations are targeted for Q3 2026 and South Carolina groundbreaking for Q4 2026; commercial scale, recovery rates, feedstock security, facility execution, and profitability remain unproven.
