Virginia opens RHTP opportunities in maternal care and youth wellness

Virginia's Department of Health issued a maternal-care RFA with estimated awards of $750,000-$2.5 million, eligible independent or collaborative applicants, and an October 6, 2026 deadline; continuation through 2030 may be possible. A separate RHTP-funded Pathways to Play opportunity supports rural community organizations but uses reimbursement-based financing.
