DDA Infrastructure First TIF plan heads to voters

The proposed 20-year TIF extension is slated for the Nov. 3 ballot, with an infrastructure-first plan, two 2% allocations for stormwater and small repairs, and a proposed 70/30 revenue split. A public open house is scheduled for Oct. 26 at the library; debate includes both support and criticism.
