Samuel Basallo Reinstated from IL

Top prospect catcher Samuel Basallo was reinstated from the IL on Aug 18 and inserted into the lineup batting cleanup against the Yankees. He had a successful rehab assignment with Norfolk, driving in three runs. His return provides a major offensive boost for the wild card push. The O's are now carrying three catchers.
