Wichita Falls City Council District 5 race reshaped by incumbent withdrawal and new candidate

Incumbent Tom Taylor has withdrawn from the District 5 race, citing family and health reasons. Wes Stancliff has entered the race, emphasizing roads, cleanup, youth opportunities, and Sheppard AFB ties. He joins Heather Reitsma, who filed last minute opposing the data center.
