PSLF Rule Changes and Court Wins

Two federal judges permanently blocked the Trump admin's PSLF employer eligibility rule on July 1. However, the 15-day grace period for PSLF payments was eliminated as of July 1; late payments no longer count. Borrowers must be vigilant about on-time payments. The Sweet settlement for 450,000 defrauded borrowers is moving forward (discharges by June 2027).
