Penn State recruiting momentum faces a notable 2027 setback

Penn State 2027 offensive-tackle commit David Tarawallie reportedly rose from No. 168 to No. 73 in On3 and remains a 247Sports top-100 prospect. Former 2027 pledge Khalil Taylor, an ESPN No. 15 receiver and Pennsylvania top-three recruit, committed to Nebraska despite continued Penn State interest; Jordan Hall’s Oct. 23 decision is next, while the USC White Out visitor list has grown to roughly 80 prospects.
