Becht and Penn State offense show limited progress but remain inconsistent
Becht's 289 passing yards against USC and improved production from Chase Sowell offered incremental progress, but Penn State generated only 68 rushing yards and struggled to sustain drives. Line cohesion, Mouser's play-calling, receiver usage and the backfield rotation remain unresolved, while Koby Howard's absence through Michigan increases pressure on the rest of the offense.
