Mavericks guarantee Moussa Cissé and lock 15-man roster

Dallas fully guaranteed Cissé's $2.185 million 2026-27 salary after matching New York's two-year, $4.7 million offer sheet, confirming a 15-player standard roster before the Macao trip. Cissé remains behind Gafford and Lively but now has a secure developmental role; his contract includes trade restrictions. The move makes Dwight Powell's potential return increasingly difficult because Dallas has no obvious roster-opening transaction.
