Security Incidents and Possible Expansion to Addis Ababa

Explosions were reported in Addis Ababa after the government banned drone flights, alongside reported disruptions in Mekelle, an airport shutdown, and renewed displacement fears. Attribution and whether the blasts were attacks, exercises, or another incident remain unverified, but any connection to the northern war would mark a major expansion of the security crisis.
