Notre Dame builds early 2028 recruiting relationships

Five-star defensive lineman Kellen Hall, ranked No. 2 nationally by composite services, is expected back in South Bend on Nov. 7 after prior visits and an offer. Notre Dame has also offered 6-foot-5 wide receiver Corey Smith Jr.; neither prospect is near a decision.
