Pennsylvania prepares statewide skill-game machine removals

Following the Pennsylvania Supreme Court’s June ruling, State Police are expected to remove skill-game machines statewide in October. New guidance says businesses must physically remove machines, not merely unplug or disable them, by the Oct. 13 deadline. The enforcement effort could affect social clubs, nonprofits, operators, small businesses, gambling policy, and local revenue.
