Shephard builds an early recruiting foundation

Oregon State reportedly has the rebuilt Pac-12's top-ranked 2027 recruiting class, with offensive and defensive additions giving the new staff an encouraging early foundation. The program is also cultivating younger relationships, including a planned visit from 2029 receiver Jaden Angel, but these developments remain early and nonbinding.
