Harness’s release-note digest includes changes through October 23, including CI caching and OIDC artifact uploads, selective pipeline execution, CD cluster visibility, and IaCM workspace protections. A token-claims reference gives engineers additional OIDC implementation context—step-scoped, short-lived RS256 tokens with pipeline, deployment, optional cloud, and custom claims—but does not announce a new rollout.
