Early Offseason Trades and Roster Decisions

Boston sent Nate Eaton to Oakland for 18-year-old right-hander Jareth Rayo and Tsung-Che Cheng to Detroit for cash. Atlanta exercised options on Ronald Acuña Jr. and Ozzie Albies, while Seattle made several option decisions and claimed Grant McCray; Michael King also declined his option and entered free agency. Destinations and follow-up roster plans remain unknown.
