Szarka out for season; Medders’ status remains uncertain

Liam Szarka remains out for the season. Evan Medders left the Wyoming game after rushing for 115 yards and is off the depth chart; a toe report suggests he may return later this season, but his UConn availability is unclear. Josh Johnson and Howard Fisher IV are listed as quarterback options, while Alec Falk is also out.
