E. coli outbreak linked to ready-to-eat chicken wraps

A reported multistate E. coli O157:H7 outbreak has sickened 38 people after exposure to ready-to-eat chicken wraps. FDA has not named a brand, retailer or package code; products were reportedly removed and are past shelf life, but ingredient traceback and consumer symptom guidance remain important.
