Violent Crimes Unit investigates death of woman at Tuscaloosa County Jail

A 29-year-old woman died after becoming unresponsive while receiving medical treatment at the Tuscaloosa County Jail. The Violent Crimes Unit is investigating independently of the Sheriff's Office, but no cause, identity, or additional circumstances have been confirmed.
