Loop-based constructions expand Hadamard-matrix theory

A new algebraic-combinatorics study extends cocyclic Hadamard-matrix development beyond finite groups using Moufang and right Bol loops. It reports four new equivalence classes at order 24 and eight at order 28, a specialized but notable computational advance in design theory whose broader classification impact remains open.
