Buccaneers Activate David Sills, Place Christian Rozeboom on IR

Tampa activated receiver David Sills from injured reserve and placed linebacker Christian Rozeboom on IR with a finger injury. Sills is eligible to play against Carolina, but his debut and role are not confirmed; the move comes as Emeka Egbuka is dealing with concussion and foot issues.
