ICE plans $20M electric-shock gloves

ICE is planning to purchase electric-shock gloves for use in enforcement, drawing condemnation from human rights groups and prompting a call to action for a March on Washington. Senator King issued a statement condemning the gloves, while Tom Homan defended them. This represents a new escalation in the use of force by DHS.
