Hunter Greene Elbow Surgery

Greene's second Tommy John surgery ended his 2026 season and is expected to cost him most of 2027. His $15 million salary reduces flexibility and leaves Cincinnati dependent on Burns, Lowder, Lodolo, Williamson, Abbott and outside pitching additions.
