ARC Raiders’ Frozen Trail Update Expands Its Extraction-Shooter Appeal

The major Frozen Trail update adds the snowy Pendola Pass map, hazards, enemies, weapons, traversal tools, progression changes and outpost building, with a free-to-play weekend through October 12. Hands-on coverage praises emergent cooperation-versus-betrayal play and large encounters, while camping, difficult PvE and the lack of objective review evidence temper the recommendation. An upcoming PvE playtest is an important watch item.
