Casey Mize Ankle Sprain

Casey Mize exited the Aug 22 game against the Twins with a right ankle sprain after stepping awkwardly into the dugout. He allowed three homers and had his slowest fastball before leaving. However, X-rays came back clean and he is optimistic about his next start, tentatively lined up for next weekend in Tampa. The injury is a blow to the rotation but appears minor.
