UTEP shut out 51-0 by Oklahoma in season opener

The Oklahoma loss exposed major concerns in missed assignments, special teams, kicking, tackling, offensive-line play and third-down execution. UTEP's response against Texas Southern was much stronger, but Michigan will provide a more demanding test of whether those problems are actually corrected.
