Ravens activate T.J. Tampa and make roster elevations for Buffalo

Baltimore activated cornerback T.J. Tampa Jr. from injured reserve to the 53-man roster, with the move reported ahead of his availability against Buffalo. The Ravens also elevated tackle Chuma Edoga and outside linebacker Adisa Isaac; their expected roles and Tampa’s snap count are unclear.
