Vikram Vij plans Gujarati and East African restaurant Sahni in Toronto

Vikram Vij is planning Sahni, his first Toronto restaurant, in the Union Hotel’s lower level at 60 York Street, with a Gujarati and East African cuisine focus. The opening is expected in winter 2027; menu, booking, and operating details have not yet been announced.
