Beef-a-Roo locations set for local-owner revival

Local ownership has reached a deal to reopen three additional Beef-a-Roo restaurants, including the Riverside Boulevard location in Loves Park. The first reopening is targeted for November and all four are expected by March, with hiring underway; exact dates and readiness remain uncertain.
