Kirksville Data-Center Rules and Lincoln School Landmark Proposal

City Council is scheduled to consider final data-center rules and Lincoln School’s proposed landmark status on Oct. 26. The rules address location, size, water use, noise, reporting, and decommissioning; neither item has been adopted, and no local data-center project has been established. The Lincoln School Legacy Project’s proposed phases remain plans without confirmed approvals, funding, or completed work.
