Kirksville and Adair County Data-Center Hearings

Kirksville Planning and Zoning will hold a Sept. 16 public hearing on proposed rules limiting data centers to industrial-zoned areas. Adair County supervisors rescinded a related ordinance resolution because a hearing is required and scheduled the county hearing for Sept. 23; no local project has been established.
