Thunder reach 4–0 as injuries test their depth

Oklahoma City beat Phoenix 125–114 on October 27 to move to 4–0, led by Ajay Mitchell’s career-high 30 points and Shai Gilgeous-Alexander’s 26. Holmgren was out and Caruso left with an ankle sprain, while the team was already without Williams and Wallace; recent coverage discusses Mitchell’s possible expanded role but confirms no new rotation details.
