Missing Hamilton wheelchair user found dead near Brookville search area

Hamilton police reported that Todd Payne, a wheelchair user whose disappearance prompted a multi-agency search near Brookville Lake and possible Oxford-area routes, was found dead. The search has ended, but the location, cause and manner of death, and circumstances remain unreported.
