Brickell and Miami River branded-residence pipeline

Bugatti’s first U.S. branded residences will bring 183 waterfront condominiums through a reported $650 million Brickell investment, with sales beginning in 2027. Faena’s Miami River project is positioning a $39.5 million Crown Residence around hospitality, culture, wellness, and service.
