Meta acquires coding-agent startup Conductor as product winds down

Meta acquired Conductor and its team joined Meta Superintelligence Labs; price remains undisclosed. A new interface is planned for early 2027, while the cloud service shuts down November 20 and Local Conductor receives only limited support through early 2027.
