Police fatally shoot armed man after gunfire at Talbert House

Police say an armed man fired inside Talbert House on Central Parkway before exchanging gunfire with officers and being fatally shot. No officers or bystanders were reported injured; the suspect's identity, motive and response sequence await CPD review, a Citizen Complaint Authority investigation and a scheduled briefing.
