Storms, flooding risks and Brent Spence river disruption affect travel
Rounds of storms continue to bring heavy rain, flash-flood risk, damaging-wind potential and slower travel across the metro. Separately, the Ohio River was temporarily closed to boat traffic after a crane struck power lines near the Brent Spence Bridge; the bridge remains open to vehicles and a river reopening time is unresolved.
